Refund Policy For Customer Only
If you request a refund, we will reimburse you for the full purchase price, in the currency in which you have made the purchase. Refund requests are handled through the Safecode support team, which can be reached by e-mailing email@example.com We do our best to keep response times below 24 hours to resolve your issue quickly and ineffective manner.
Generally, any customer who so wishes will receive a refund, unless:
- The customer can request a Refund within 14 days after the date of purchase. After 14 Days Refund will not be applicable in any Safecode Products.
- If the product is faulty or not performing in a duly manner, then the customer is eligible for requesting a refund. But the product has been used successfully by the customer; in that case, we cannot offer a refund after our product has performed its intended task.
- If the customer has not purchased the product directly from Safecode, then the customer has to contact their reseller or distributor for refund.
- If the customer has purchased the product from different resellers And customer wishes to return that product due to any issues, in that case, Safecode is not guaranteed it will perform its intended task or not. We advise you to contact the Safecode support team for any problems.
- If customers request for refund of product failure, we cannot provide a refund if it is not performing tasks nor advertise it performs. Customers can take 14 days trial of our product before purchase they can examine the capabilities of the product. We can only refund on technical grounds.
- If someone has purchased the product without the payer's consent by using your credit card, PayPal account, etc. then kindly contact your relevant payment service to get refunded.
- If the customer is facing technical difficulties and you are not able to resolve by yourself, then you can contact our support team, but still you don't get a solution then you are eligible for refunded. If the customer has not received the product key, then you can contact our support team, you will receive a product key within 24 hours.
- If any customer has purchased any wrong product accidently, then they can exchange with the right product instead of a refund, and if the customer doesn't want that product, they can request for a return to our support team.
- Customer will get price adjustment refund 14 days after the date of purchase. If there is a drop in price within 14 days of the period you can contact our support firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID to submit the price adjustment request. The customer will not get a refund after 14 days of the date of purchase. Only applies to the Price and Discounts which are listed on the Safecode official website. Promotional e-mail discounts which you receive after purchasing products are not included.
- If the customer or reseller has used their coupon code or discounts and purchased any Safecode Products, due to some reason if they applied for a refund before 14 days, they will get a full refund inc GST they have purchased on billing price. But if the customer or reseller applied for a refund after 14 Days of Purchase, then the customer or reseller gets only Sub Total Amount they can't claim their GST Amount. We have already paid that GST amount to the Government of INDIA.
Other Instructions after Refund Money.
- Once a refund is issued, the corresponding license will be deactivated.
- Download Version: Kindly uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.
- Disc Version: Kindly destroy the disc and Destroy your Product Key.
